We use a secure third-party payment processor to process all transactions, and do not save any of your personal information on our database. We are committed to customer safety and satisfaction, and treat all customers with respect and privacy. In addition, in accordance with Canadian law, we do not add your email to our newsletter list without your express consent, (And if you do want to be on our list, we think you’re pretty cool, we only send an email once or twice a month at the most).
Unless specified otherwise in the product description, all products are shipped within 5-10 days after the order is placed, as each item is made to order. All items are shipped from Toronto, Ontario via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, and will be displayed for your review prior to order confirmation. Shipping and handling fees do not include any international duties, customs, import fees or taxes. We recommend contacting the customs office in the destination country for information on additional fees you may incur.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We create our products with love and care, and hope you love them as much as we do. We accept returns or exchanges for ready-made items within 30 days of your purchase. Custom and sale items, and Cotton Face Masks are final sale. Fabrics sold by the metre cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect, as the yardage is cut specifically to customer specifications. If you are unsure whether our fabrics will coordinate seamlessly into your home, we recommend ordering a swatch for comparison in your space before ordering.To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
